清风围棋俱乐部是我国围棋队专业棋手邵炜刚（九段）、周鹤洋（九段）、磊（八段）、刘菁（八段）、罗洗河（八段）、刘世振（六段）、邹俊杰（五段）、黄奕中（五段）倡议并联合其他专业棋手共同组建，正式成立于2000年5月22日。清风通过围棋对弈客户端与专业网络站点传播围棋文化，是目前国内专业的围棋公司。
经过一年来的发展，公司下属“清风围棋世界” （www.qf.com.cn）网站已是国内、专业的围棋网站。该站的对弈客户端与世界上的韩国围棋网站Neostone合作，常规在线人数目前在16000
